It is located in the sushumna nadi at the root of reproductory organ.
Balancing this chakra is associated with sexual vitality and physical power.
|ROOT CHAKRA (Muladhara)|
It is located at the base of spinal column.
Awakening of muladhara gives energy to the physical body, controls fear, increases overall health and helps in grounding.
