 | CROWN CHAKRA (Sahasrara) It is located at the top of head in the crown.
Balancing this chakra gives vitality to the cerebrum and affects the development of psychic abilities. |  | THIRD EYE CHAKRA (Ajna) It is located in the center of the forehead betweenthe eyebrows.
Balancing this chakra helps in the increased awareness and one experiences higher consciousness. It balances the pineal gland. |  | THROAT CHAKRA (Vishuddhi) It is located in the throat.
Balancing this chakra is important for the speech and communication areas of the brain. |  | HEART CHAKRA (Anahata) It is located in the centre of the chest near heart.
Balancing this chakra is important for the circulatory system and heart. It also affects spiritual love, compassion and universal oneness. |  | SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA (Manipura) It is located in the sushumna nadi in the navel region.
Balancing this chakra is associated with calming emotions and frustration, easing tension and helps to make intuition more accurate. |  | SACRAL CHAKRA (Swadhishthana) It is located in the sushumna nadi at the root of reproductory organ.
Balancing this chakra is associated with sexual vitality and physical power. |  | ROOT CHAKRA (Muladhara) It is located at the base of spinal column.
Awakening of muladhara gives energy to the physical body, controls fear, increases overall health and helps in grounding. |
